The Doctor ‘was’ In

Simple Summer Shrimp Salad

Steps and ingredients are specially made by me


4 already cooked “simple summer shrimps”

1 Fresh Organic Leaf of Romaine Lettuce

6 Slices of Cucumber

10 Julienne Yellow Bell Pepper

1/8 tsp of parsley


1) Wash vegetables with “Fit Fruit and Vegetable Wash”

Note: These washing steps must be done in order

A) Wash vegetables with water

B) Spray “Fit Fruit and Vegetable Wash” on the produce

C) Rub the wash for 1 minute

D) Rinse under water

2) Remove and dispose the lettuce stalk and spine

3) Chop romaine lettuce to medium-size pieces

4) Place chopped lettuce in the middle of the plate

5) Place slice cucumbers around the side of the plate

6) Place the cooked shrimps beside the cucumbers

7) Sprinkle parsley on the slice cucumbers

8) Place julienne yellow bell peppers between the shrimps and cucumbes

and on top of the chopped lettuce


* Salad dressing is optional.

Simple Summer Shrimp

Note: These ingredients and steps are solely made by me. Enjoy! 🙂


1 tbsp unsalted butter

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 slice of lemon

1/8 cup parsley

1/8 cup cilantro

1 large egg

1/2 cup skim milk


1) Mix the eggs and skim milk together

2) Dip shrimps on the egg milk mix

3) Preheat pan

4) Place 1 tbpsp of unsalted butter on the heated pan

5) Place shrimps on pan

– Wait until shrimps turns “Golden Brown”

6) Sprinkle a dash of salt on one side of the shrimps

– Flip the shrimps

7) Sprinkle a dash of cayenne pepper on the other side

– Flip the shrimps

8) Squeeze 1/4 slice of lemon

9) Sprinkle a dash of parsley on one side of the shrimps

– Flip the shrimps

10) Sprinkle a dash of cilantro on the other side

Transfer contents on plate covered with 2 sheets of paper towel to filter excess oil


Serve w/ any side of your choice. Enjoy! 🙂
