Simple Summer Shrimp

Note: These ingredients and steps are solely made by me. Enjoy! ­čÖé


1 tbsp unsalted butter

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 slice of lemon

1/8 cup parsley

1/8 cup cilantro

1 large egg

1/2 cup skim milk


1) Mix the eggs and skim milk together

2) Dip shrimps on the egg milk mix

3) Preheat pan

4) Place 1 tbpsp of unsalted butter on the heated pan

5) Place shrimps on pan

– Wait until shrimps turns “Golden Brown”

6) Sprinkle a dash of salt on one side of the shrimps

– Flip the shrimps

7) Sprinkle a dash of cayenne pepper on the other side

– Flip the shrimps

8) Squeeze 1/4 slice of lemon

9) Sprinkle a dash of parsley on one side of the shrimps

– Flip the shrimps

10) Sprinkle a dash of cilantro on the other side

Transfer contents on plate covered with 2 sheets of paper towel to filter excess oil


Serve w/ any side of your choice. Enjoy! ­čÖé
